As a therapist, best-selling author, and speaker, Jianny specializes in relationships and intimacy, working with clients on a variety of love challenges including dating, communication skills, conflict resolution, pre/marriage counseling, narcissistic abuse, divorce, betrayal, and recovery. With nearly 20 years of clinical experience, Jianny holds mental health counselor licenses in Florida and New Jersey. It’s her joy to support her clients to transition through stress, anxiety, depression, grief, loss and/or trauma to create a life and the relationship they love!

The book is a heroine’s journey to getting her power back. It explores red flags, narcissistic abuse, sexual trauma, and explains how to survive, recover and thrive.
