I am an experienced psychotherapist with a mindfulness oriented counseling practice in Palm Beach County. My therapeutic approach integrates Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy. My experience as a Mindfulness Meditation teacher provides me with the unique opportunity to bring mindfulness training to schools, non profits and local businesses. I value being an active part of the community through volunteering and serving on non profit boards that focus on mental health and education. I am an active presenter in the community, presenting workshops to professionals and general audiences on topics related to mindfulness and youth mental health.
